• We sell tyres from reputable manufacturers, ensuring quality and authenticity.
• Product descriptions and images are for reference only; actual specifications may vary.
• Orders are subject to availability and confirmation of payment.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

3. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) and include VAT, unless stated otherwise.
• Payments must be made using our approved payment methods (credit/debit card, bank transfer, or cash on delivery where applicable).
• Prices may change without prior notice, but confirmed orders will not be affected.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• We offer delivery across the UAE. Delivery charges and estimated times will be provided at checkout.
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors, such as courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.
• If delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect address details or unavailability, additional charges may apply for reattempted delivery.

5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

• Return Eligibility: Returns are accepted only in the following cases:
  • The product is defective, damaged upon delivery, or incorrect.
  • The return request is made within 7 days of receipt.
• Return Conditions:
  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all labels intact.
  • The customer must provide a valid proof of purchase.
• Refund Process:
  • Approved returns will be refunded via the original payment method within 7-14 business days.
  • Refunds may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15% unless the return is due to a fault on our part.
• Exclusions: Returns and refunds do not apply to tyres that have been installed, used, or damaged due to improper handling.

6. Warranty & Liability

• All tyres sold are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, subject to the terms and conditions set by the manufacturer.
• Warranty claims must be made directly with the manufacturer or through us as an authorized reseller.
• Muhammad Said Tyres Trading is not liable for damages arising from:
  • Improper installation or use.
  • Road hazards, accidents, or driving conditions.
  • Any modifications made after purchase.

7. User Accounts & Security

• Users may need to create an account to purchase and track orders.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• We are not liable for unauthorized account access resulting from user negligence.

8. Intellectual Property
